Stay Jolly (2017) A short goofy animation I made for my Animation 2 class. It was my first serious attempt at armature animation, as well as my first time creating and experimenting with ramp shaders and stylized lighting. It was created in Maya and Blender.

Calabash Island (2016) My final project for my 3D animation class. Though I have quite a bit of experience with 3D animation (see some of the Piggy Rescue game sprites below ) this was my first time using Maya. It took a while to learn, but it was wholly worthwhile. The animation was compiled with Adobe Bridge and the embellishments on the title and ending cards were created with Autodesk Sketchbook.

A Snack of the Killer Mantis (2016)
A stop-motion project I created for my Intro to Animation Class. It was made with Legos, Playmobil, and other assorted toys from my childhood, and put together using Adobe Bride, Adobe Photoshop, and iMovie. It was also my first serious attempt as stop-motion, and my first time incorporating music into an animation. It took slightly over a week to make, but the end result was worth it! |

Cindy and Nimbus (2014)
My first real short animation. It was created in Adobe Flash, as the midterm project for my Adobe Flash class. I took me over a month to make, but I'm really happy with how it came out! |
