Piggy Rescue:
Year Created: 2014 ~ Genre: Side-scrolling adventure ~ Length: Around 10 minutes

Premise: You play as Damian and Mr. Piggles, an adventurous pig & boy duo. When a young dryad enlists their help, they go on a quest to find the Big Wubba Piggy's missing friends, who were all swept away by a tornado. They ride a trusty hot air balloon to new locations, and race through side-scrolling, monster-infested levels, all while searching for the missing piggies. Two years in the making, this was my longest-running project, and I learned an incredible amount!

Awards: Won a National Gold Medal in the Scholastic Art and Writing Competition

Fun Fact: Tony Hawk was a judge for the game design section of the Scholastic Competition the year I entered, so it's very likely he gave Piggy Rescue the thumbs-up.
